Two posts in as many minutes today!
I've not used my Typhoon H in a few weeks. Flew last night and the gimbal was hopelessly out on the horizon. Tried a calibration on location, but it just locked up.
Today, took it to my preferred place for a full calibration, accelerometer etc.
All OK, apart from the gimbal again. It starts perfectly normally, gets to one of the extremes of roll then just sits. After a few minutes starts moving again.
It's been at it for more than fifteen minutes now and still muttering away, the odd bleep, purple and white flashing away.
It seems these drones really don't like being left unused for long.

Yes, spouse-like. Eerily so.
Remove the camera and check all the contacts to make certain one isn't depressed. Use a pencil eraser to clean the contacts. Then try it again.

If this happens again, accidentally bump the camera just a little. There is a known issue where the camera gimbal sits at the extremes. Don't hit the camera, a light tap is all it takes. You can even use the same pencil eraser.

Thanks, I did notice that it was at the extremes of travel that it sat stationery. Never had any issues before in over 12 months of use.
