CG03+ Partial Functionality based on drone

Hi folks. Many times whenever I have or had questions, I've always referred to the great novel, "Way to Fix Drones ". It's never let me down. But i have run across a head scratcher. Here it is. I have 1 CG03+ and 2 Typhoon H 480.

Typhoon 1 Paired with ST16 1- CG03+ boots to video with no P/T. (Pan/Tilt)

Typhoon 2 Paired with ST16 1 - CG03+ boots fully functional

When the camera is on Typhoon 1, only video. When camera is moved to Typhoon 2, no issues with either controller. On Typhoon 1, i have looked over every electrical contact i thought might be in the mix but can't seem to get past this. The camera works fine..just not on Typhoon 2

Any assistance is very much appreciated

Just to make clear, I understood the camera works fine on Typhoon 2 (video and pan/tilt)?
On Typhoon 1 is video available on ST16 but not pan/tilt, right?

Is there only one ST16 or have Typhoon 1 and 2 their own ST16?
Is Typhoon 1 bound to the ST16, do you have telemetry from it?
