I haven't flown much recently because of eye procedures. I took the q500 and it still flied beautifully. The problem is the cgo3 won't tilt upwards or down. Not sure what is causing this. Any suggestions?

It's not responding to the PWM signal for some reason, and there are several candidates when it comes to PWM signal problems on the Q500.

The easiest to check is stuck springs on the mount contacts. The image below is from a CGo3+, but the appearance of a stuck contact is the same. Stuck contacts can often be pulled back up with a straight pin.

This is the control chain:
- slider K2 on left side of ST10 --> check in HW monitor if slider is working as expected
- RC-Channel 7 (CH6 in flight log) --> Output this could be checked in FlightLog /Remote
- Q500 Flight controller, possibly a defect transistor - already discussed here.
- PWM signal - slide contact at the CGO3 or alternative the black wire between drone and camera. Visual check contacts, wiring.
- Gimbal control board --> visual check plugs and wiring (those thin black wires between gimbal control board and sensors and motors)
- Tilt motor --> check if tilt motor is working, stabilizing the camera in pitch angle.

First of all we need to know if the camera position stabilizes in all directions if powered on. If yes: Power supply and gimbal control is OK.
Second question is if HW monitor shows the correct function of the slider on ST10.

If all is good, we have follow the control chain above.

Thanks for the chuckle Peter! We all get hit with auto-incorrect from time to time. Is the tilt issue corrected?
