Crashed Drone

[Snowstorm]

So I got my drone from a friend and he told me he was flying drone everything was working properly he wasn't very good at it and crashed it now all it does is repeats same melody and beeping noise. Camera connects correctly but when I try and plug into laptop with the drone program it says "Disconnected" and won't connect. Thank u for any help

• When you say "Plug into laptop with the drone program" do you mean you are trying to connect to the Q500 GUI (Graphic User Interface)?
• Are you using the factory YUNA100 USB adapter that would have originally come with the Q500 kit?
• Is the drone a Q500 or a Q500 4K? The Q500 requires disconnecting the receiver to connect the PC adapter. The Q500 4K has an always open connector available.
• Has the shell been opened? Re-closed?
• A good description of the beeping sound or a video may help us identify what is failing.
• A good description of the visible damage or a picture might be helpful.
