Did anyone successfully repack some kind of RC battery into breeze?

I have read 2 threads about repacking RC battery into breeze battery case, but nobody wrote if it actually worked or gave more details about it.
So did anyone successfully did it ?

I am from Bosnia and shipment of new battery costs 5 times the price of the battery itself but I could find some rc batteries for a reasonable price

There was a member @Pman that modified the Breeze to take batteries with an XT60 connector. He used Velcro tape to secure the batteries in the battery compartment of the Breeze. Not a sleek and refined solution, but functional.
