Drone crash, gimbal not responding!!

So I crashed my Q500 4k a few days ago.. no damage.to the body of the drone. However I broke 3 props and the impact cracked the shell of the camera. Now the gimbal will not respond. I still have control of taking pictures and videos and changing settings.. it's only the gimbal that will not respond..

If your camera was only connected by this little contacs

try to use the included cable

... and connect it to the copter.

Have already done that.. I have video feed and can change options but it's just the gimbal that's not responding
