Firmware Update Question

I don't fly my H that much and was just now going to update the firmware. When I download the newest firmware it says that I need Gimbal version v1.25, Autopilot version v1.35, and Camera version v3.2.34 (A). When I look what I have now is Gimbal v1.21, Autopilot v1.15, and Camera v3.1.37 (A). Would someone be able to tell me what I need to do to get my H updated to the new firmware please? Thanks in advance for any information!!!

It's my understanding that the firmware is a replacement and not a "patch" so yes.
