Flying within 5 miles of a hospital below 200ft

I am situated within 5 miles each way between a private helicopter port and a hospital. If flying non commercial on my property below 200 ft and within my property which is less than an acre,do I still need to notify both locations?
And if so, who what department would I ask for at the hospital?

I work at a hospital.
You need to contact the Air Ambulance system that services your area. Best place to find out who would be the local police or fire departments. Once you find that part out, just give em map print out of your area and highlight the area you are flying in. We are the ones who are obligated to stay out of their way, but you have your rites too.
Making nice with the locals is the best way to stay out of trouble.
