Hi , can anyone help I can't connect my H to computer, the usb port works for every thing I plug in except the drone. Anyone else have this issue?

The H must be fully booted before you plug in the USB. It may take a minute to make the connection.
Mine only worked when I used the USB cable supplied from Yuneec.

Yeah I am using supplied cable, but I have to wonder why in the settings screen it shows the serial highlighted, if click on usb the program stops working and shuts down.
Steve, I can't get this to connect to the gui, I can use little help I'm using the supplied sub cable, I let it boot up and I get nothing. I know port is working I use the simulator dongle in the same sub port. Dose the st16 have to be powered on ? This is frustrating.
You need to select the serial port, not USB, otherwise GUI won't connect. Try right-clicking on GUI and launching as the Administrator.

As Thoff stated, use Serial Port and the cable supplied by Yuneec..
Also wait a bit before as it might take a couple of minutes to connect

Shows solid blue dot " The connection method is serial port: COM9 Baud: 115200

If you only see a solid blue dot you still may not be connected...
In the above photo note that the battery is displaying a voltage %
but no other parameters are displayed.
Go to "File" and click on "Connect"
My GUI program will "time Out" ..or disconnect after a few minutes and I have to click on the connect (F5) again to get everything to show up...
When connected the blue light should flash blue then red
and the controller status will all be checked
like in the photo below

When I hit connect the program crashes and closes. I have uninstalled it a number of times and still the same thing. Disabled all virus programs and such. Really not sure what's going on. Thanks for all your help.

No issues with window 10 here, mine would crashed until I realized I needed to down load the software, do you have that?

FYI..Everything I posted was with VER 1.01
Never looked or checked for another version.
My H is an early build, (second Shipment after return)
Maybe the newer H's need the new version or his is an older build??
I'll download the new version tonight and check and compare.
