Hello. I’m having trouble updating my H520 drone. After successfully downloading the software, the drone refuses to install it. What should I do in this situation (I’ve attached some photos)? I should just add that I’ve tried changing the settings, but this message always appears.

I’m not sure is this correct but when I came across the same error I did just what u did, download the new firmware first, after that I went into settings, storage perhaps i think it was and located the old program that creating the issue. I deleted the old program and it then allowed the new version to install. I did however get an issue sometimes where the tile for the video feed would not appear after this method so perhaps the best possible solution would be a clean install after factory reset. I’d seek more information from the experts first

Yes looking at ur pictures my one was also an error with data pilot. After downloading the new version I deleted the old datapilot and the install completed . Again not sure is this correct or advisable
Thank you very much for your help. I uninstalled Data Pilot, downloaded it again, and then updated it without any problems. I consider this matter closed
