H520 UK Pricing and Preorders

Hi all,

Got an email from hobbymounts. As mentioned in previous threads the H520 is coming early September, and UK pricing and preorders are live on their site.

Yuneec Typhoon H520 Hexacopter with ST16S Ground Station and 2x Batteries

Copter: £1450
E90 Camera: £1129
E50 Camera: £945

If only I could justify the upgrade...

I think client demand for better quality pictures is the deciding factor for me. I am producing video and stills that are satisfactory for the web at the moment - clients happy.
The new E90 camera looks tempting if the promised quality is as described. The reasonable simplicity of Yuneec's machine updates and non smart batteries still appeals to me, thats why I invested in H machines. Yuneec UK service has been first class throughout ownership of my H machines.
The merry-go-round another manufacturer puts its customers through - Machine/battery/App is certainly a turn off but in the end actual camera quality will sometime soon have to become the deal breaker.

These prices are doubtful. Maybe they are reversed...

Agree, seems strange that the E90 is priced less than the E50.

Oh yes, on the drop down with the H520 the E90 is £945, but on the page with them individually the E90 is £1129. Original post edited..

Also, those prices apparently include VAT tax, which is correct for EU.

I believe they are prices in euros with taxes included. I do not think they are correct. I the ones I see are the E90 worth 1199 € taxes included and the E50 is worth 999 € taxes included.
