1.I am trying to update the H520E RTK drone software I am following the update procedure. Then I get the message "Installation blocked - For security reasons the tablet is set to block installation from unknown sources".
I deselected unknown sources in the settings, but after a reboot the DATA PILOT and only its update is blocked from the start (without a reboot also).
At the same time it is not possible to control the camera because despite the reconnection (of the drone with the camera) the control still does not work (there is an image and the drone flies normally).
What should be done in this case? (I attach a photo).
2. the current position is not displayed on the map.

Your screenshot shows the controller battery at 48%. The controller should be at a minimum of 50% to initiate an update. I don't think the update is actually blocked until 40%, but it would not be a problem to charge the controller anyway.
The file in this link is Version 2.2.53. You can copy it to your ST16E and try to install it manually.
datapilot.apk

Were you having the camera control problems before the attempted update?

Update.
I downloaded to version 2.1.22 and tried to use the normal OTA update to go the Version 2.1.53. The OTA update from the controller versions page failed, stating the new file signature conflicted with the existing file signature. It appears the file in the OTA update has an incorrect signature and may be corrupt in some manner.
@Enrico Jorysch may have more information about the file.

Again, the file linked above is the latest, and it installed on this ST16E with no problems by:
1.) Uninstalling the existing APP.
2.) Transferring the APK to the controller.
3.) Running the installation manually.
However, the manual update will also fail if you try to install the new APP with the previous APP still in place. I think I would not try to manually install until Enrico or someone else has a chance to comment on the security of Version 2.1.53

Thank you for the information, I will wait for Enrico and his instructions.
And the problem with the map and the location, how to solve it?

Generally when I am outside in the bottom left corner there should be a map with my location and there is just a white rectangle and a triangle on a white field and that's it and there should be a location.

You may have lost your stored map during a factory reset or a firmware upgrade. The map should have restored itself automatically when you connected the ST16S to the internet via WiFi. Since it did not, try this to restore the map:
1.) Go to Settings/WiFi
2.) Select ALL WiFi sources (home, office WiFi) and "Forget" any that are connected. You may also need to "Forget" any that have previously been connected.
3.) When all have been forgotten, choose one available WiFi to which you know the password and reconnect to it.
The map should appear within a few seconds.

Thank you very much for your help with the maps but I am still having problems updating the files. Every time I want to update it does not allow because I have a message that for security reasons my tablet is blocked from installing software from unknown sources. I uncheck it in the security settings and whether I restart it or go straight to trying to install I get the same message. Is there still somewhere I can uncheck the blockade? The battery is charged to 66% in the controller.

Thank you very much update installed.
Unfortunately I have another problem with this drone and that is the lack of camera control. There was a picture previously but also no control but I thought it was due to the update but unfortunately. When switched on the camera calibrates normally, also the gimbal calibration works normally and there is no control. What could this be?

What could this be?
It could be several things. The easiest to check would be the controller. The most likely if there has been a crash would be the OFDM cable.

First check the Controller. Select the Menu Bars, then "ST16 Radio". Move the camera pitch and yaw controls and verify scales K1 and K2 move with the controls.

Hi. This one is a completely different model, I'm still sitting on that one and trying to work something out. This one has never had an accident (apparently there is no indication of that in any case). I have another E90 camera so I'll hook it up later to rule out 1 problem. I have of course previously checked the operation of all available rods, calibrated them just in case but that didn't help. I would also mention that when switched on, the camera calibrates normally and the switches on the controller are in the middle position. In addition to the camera, I will check the operation with another controller and let you know.

Speaking of speculation:
Do you have access to a "Yuneec H520E X-Connector Gimbal Coaxial Cable Y02-10331"?
That may be where you are headed. The good news is they are (or were) relatively inexpensive and easy to install. The bad news is they are easy to damage and hard to find now. And if both camera and controller swap out showing the same failure on the drone, they are one of the things that can create the issue you see.
