H520E RTK - problem GPS

Hello.
I have a problem with my H520E RTK drone. When I put it into RTK mode, all satellites from the GPS immediately disappear. The drone has a fully charged battery, I am in an open area and it has the latest update.

What can cause such a problem?

For short time I saw the hint that switching to RTK needs vehicle reboot. Have you tried that (switch off - switch on)?

Thank you for the hint, of course I did so but unfortunately nothing helps. In addition, now I have no image from the camera and I think if the problem is not the motherboard or IMU.
