HDMI output

Hi guys,

I have a question about the ST16S. I have the doubt if, when the ST16S station is running, the internal fan should work permanently. I've checked that the HDMI output only works when the fan works. The question, in case anyone can answer me, is whether the fan should always work with which the HDMI output works or should the HDMI always work, regardless of whether the fan works?
In any case I understand that the ST16S has a functioning problem.

The fans should always run. Can't answer on the HDMI because I have never used it.

They both have to work all the time. At least the HDMI, I haven't detected that it's getting too cold, the fan stops, but it's possible.
