Help: Chroma Blade Drone With Yuneec CG03 Gimble/Camera

I inherited a Drome from a privious instructor. After fighting with it for a little while I realized the control board for the gimbel/camera is missing and there are just a bunch of wires with plugs on the end hanging out of the top of the gimble.

1. Whaat control board would I need to buy?

2. Are there any instructions for wiring it?

The Chroma flies good without camera. It makes more fun and allows to use Acro mode. Camera is only ballast.

It is the correct board, but it does not matter. The board cannot be installed by the end user. It requires calibration by a service center to match the new gimbal board to the camera.
There are currently no operating Yuneec Service Centers in the US.
You may want to contact @georgero via PM to discuss any options that may be available.

You can try to calibrate it with the CGO3oldCali tool. I have successfully calibrated a GB203 gimbal which has the same control board.

The controller port is a standard USB micro b port. It works with Data Capable USB cords you can find at most retail outlets. The common USB charging cables look exactly the same, but will not work for anything other than charging the battery.

If you have a special need to build your own cable, you can do a web search for:

Someone more familiar with USB might be able to help interpret this stuff.

I believe he refers to the Update Board: Chroma, BLH8605.

There is little support. by quick search I found one in Switzerland:
