I am new also, so I'm not sure all the differences but the ST10+ has a bigger screen (about 1" diagonally), motor start/stop button is more recessed on the + and the + also vibrates when the battery is low on the drone and at start up. Other than that I'm not sure. The + is quieter too.
Basically more screen and vibrating alert.
