When powered on the camera connects to the remote but the rear light and motor lights don’t power on. The drone also won’t allow me to enter calibration mode. Any ideas?
Thanks

Wow. It sounds like the Flight control board is not installed, is misaligned, failed or simply not installed. The closest I could come to duplicating your description was if I removed the board and manually held the power button
Did anything happen between the last time the system worked normally and the first time it did not? Things like crash/hard landing, long storage period, maintenance, modification, anything that had the top shell off, anything else you can think of?

This drone is new to me. I just purchased it from a garage sale and am trying to get it in the air.

But what confuses me even more is upon start up The drone gets power and it makes a beeping noise as though it is turning on and binding.

Did the camera stayed powered on after you released the "ON" button?
You can try to connect it to the Typhoon H GUI to see if there is any response.

Yes, the camera stays on and connected, and the gimbal is stabilizing

Now I'm not sure where the failure is. The flight control board gets it's power via the ESC board. The flight control board has power but part of the ESC board does not. Someone like @h-elsner or @Enrico Jorysch may see the thread and offer more useful information.
The only advice I can offer at the moment is to remove the FC board, clean the contacts and reinstall it to see if anything changes.

Is the drone bound to the ST16? If only the camera, you can control the drone over WiFi and get the video also over WiFi. But you cannot go to calibration mode and some other functionality that is only working with 2.4GHz connection. Please let us see the binding screen or the flight logs before you start to working on HW.

In any case, if such problems occur, the flight logs will help us to do a proper diagnosis and avoid guessing and ping-pong questions and answers until we get the results by luck.
