I'm looking to purchase a new
St16 joystick assembly. Yuneec skins does not seem to have a new one.
Mine needs spraying or cleaning way too often.
Is it really time for a new one ?

I wonder where I can get a brand new one.

Have you checked vertigo drones, carolina, or terrestrial imaging?

By the way, what frequency is “way too often”?

I have them Keith, and I test each 1 before shipping, I've sold about 25 and haven't had 1 complaint so far.

What is the name of the product you are using to clean them with? If the product leaves behind any kind of lubricant, that is what is causing the problem as it will collect dust.

I believe I checked vertigo drones.
They are out of stock.
I will check the others just to make sure.

FYI - Make sure it's the plastic safe QD cleaner. QD has another one that isn't plastic safe.

One other thing to check.
Inspect to see that the pot is not moving in its pocket.
If it is not stationary, add a dab of hot glue so its center position repeats.
Then do a stick calibration.

Believe it or not I did that one time. Hot glued it.
I have two controllers but I'm not sure which one I hot glued.

Every third time I go to fly at roughly.
I spray a potentiometer.
Because of the rapid beeping.
