Just come to charge my q500

I'm trying to charge my drone battery took out the drone plugged it in and charger a solid red light meaning (error) unplugged and plugged back in one green like then straight to red any help thanks on advance

Check the fuse in the charger first... We see this often.
How low did you get the battery ? Did you get it way out of balance ?
What's your charge/balance tester tell you about the cell conditions ?
If the cells get to far out of balance, you'll get an error warning.We can help but need to know the cell conditions first.
A flashing red and green is normal and the cells are being balanced.
Solid red is not good.

Hi there out the box yesterday flown the drone came back saying max height 60 as battery low so brought home plugged charger in red solid light checked fuse no issues put new 7.5 amp in still same not sure what Todo now thank

Did you charge the battery before your first flight ??
If not... your problem is solved and the battery is most likely way out of balance now.
You need a tester to tell you about the cell condition before you can really move forward.
