Just Dropped out the sky !!!!

Just wanted to update the results, as a quick recap. My first solo flight in a Large area and bout 6 min or so into a perfect start, she just lost power & fell out the sky w/ gear up. Called Yuneec they said send it in, altho it took two weeks to get there, i just got a message its fixed & there are sending it Back, N/C !!!
I love these people & there product. I am gonna get the mavic tho, soon as it comes out !!!

Any chance they told you why it "Just fell from the Sky" ? I think part of CS is not to just fix the issue but explain why it happened in the first place.
