This looks good but at $14.99 plus shipping at $25.44 = $40.43 . The postage for my is over the top.

Yes I will take a sharp blade to the rubber on the original camera gimbal lock and remove about one eighth of an inch of rubber and see of it helps.

I have that one as well, and didn't care for it thats why I bought the lens cap, and use the stock one with it ?
