my q500 is slow. this is my second q500 and the first one flew much better and faster. any thought

it does not seem to come up to speed or fly as fast as the first. the response from the controls to the q500 is sluggish. not sure what else to say. it feels like it might reach 15 mph

Look on the RIght Side of the Controller. Is the slider switch in Turtle or Rabbit when this happens.

That slider will control the Speed and Reaction time to both sticks. Thus slows it down in Turtle and speeds up in Rabbit. Have a look and get back to us.

Confirm the firmware version as well.The latest version gave us a bump in speed.

"System settings>About Flight Mode Control>Build Number ??
Should be "st10+v01b30c"
