New typhoon H and Battery shipment

Hello typhoon H pilots
my question is I just received a new typhoon H with a new battery from Yuneec do to a fly away.

I checked battery's voltage right after it arrived. it arrived at 16.3 volts. is that normal for them to ship that out at 16.3 volts ?

I see you’ve been reading up on battery care... It should not have shipped at a voltage over 14.8-15v. It also should not be flown until it is fully charged.

thanks for your interest.
two and a half hours ago.
I thought just for the heck of it let's see what the voltage is on the battery. Sure enough 16.3
Oh well perhaps not a major deal.
