New vid from Simon Newton

Hi Horizontal, the clip is from YouTube. Not mine. I am waiting on my H:cool:
I thought it was a useful clip showing that sometimes getting out of full auto camera settings can have a very big impact on the final result. You need to have an understanding of how camera's work and what they can achieve, otherwise leaving in auto mode all the time can give just average results. Play with the settings, give the equipment a chance to deliver what you expect.

From the videos we have been seeing, it does appear that the auto white balance setting on the Typhoon H reacts at such a speed that the exposure in the video changes which is not a good thing... it makes the video look very amature. This is why video taken with the H at sunset or sunrise or on dull overcast days appears to have no issues. On bright sunny days or with objects with glare it does seem to have some issues. Perhaps setting the auto white balance to SUNNY or CLOUDY may help and if not then we'll have to set the exposure to a fixed setting.
