No power to C23 from aircraft at VBAT

I have a typhoon H plus. The VBAT terminal at the board isn't powered up so the C23 is dead. However, the TX/PWM and the RX have power. I've opened the top of the aircraft and tested as close to the battery as I could get without going to the next level of dismantling. Any ideas?

Did you check the camera fuse ("k" fuse)?

Does the fuse have to be replaced or can I reset it?

You have to replace it, if burnt. You can check continuity using a multimeter.
