Not Much of A NFZ Waiver!

You have to remember that the H uses barometric pressure for altitude. It assumes that the take off point is ZERO feet/meters AGL.
Would be interesting to see what actual results DC gets.
I know my fence is set for 400 feet, but I have seen it stop me at 387 to as high as 420 feet.
The 400 ft AGL is the out of the box setting, but will not let you fly within the NFZ as determined by Yuneec. If you get a FAA waiver to fly within the NFZ and Yuneec allows you to turn off the firmware/software controlling the geofencing, it appears that the drone will not go any higher than 30 ft AGL, which is senseless, since you should still be able to fly to 400 feet AGL, according to FAA regs.
