Omega, Phi, Kappa ?

In photogrammetry I understand that you do not need the rool because the gimbal is responsible for maintaining it at all times in horizontal automatically. Even the Yaw should be at 0 degrees at all times if the gimbal corrects correctly, the only variable to take into account should not be the Pitch? or influences the behavior of the aircraft as to take it into account?

Actually its not needed that's true, Omega, Phi and Kappa can be derived from triangulation and reference points.... It just makes the process easier and faster if photos had this extra Exif.

Omega, Phi and Kappa are never really at zero because these angles are relative to the drone, and gimball moves all the time to adjust for drone movements. Drone itself when doing photogrammetry is never perfectly horizontal even if it stops for the photo, it needs sometimes to compensate for wind.
