Q500 4K
It seems I can only take both photos and videos in the 4K mode only.
If I lower the resolution for video to be more compatible with my computer screens, no still photos can be taken at the same time or on this video setting.
What I've been doing is taken the lower resolution video first, changing the video settings back to 4K , than shot the stills. The drawback.... Now it requires two separate flights. Has anyone else experience the same situation? Is there a way around it?
