I have a problem with my H and it needs sending in to the Tech Service Center in the UK.
I wrote them an email last night describing the problem in-depth and this morning first thing they replied with all the info on what and where to send.
It's already on its way and I might even have it back this week!
Now that's what I call service! Awesome :)

UPDATE!
Yuneec UK Tech Service Center - ROCKS!
They replaced my ST16 wifi board same day it arrived there! No questions asked!
Got it back within a week which is amazing considering I'm not on mainland UK!
I'm lucky too cause the warranty was about to run out a week later!

Could we borrow them here in the US?;)

You have to schedule phone support, they never answer email, seldom answer a user generated support ticket, and only rarely catch someone using Live Chat. :confused:
 
At least you have the option to schedule a callback... but that does become more difficult if you are working during the first 20-30 minutes after they open... which is about the window you have to work with before all available callback slots are taken.
 
The times I've used UK support they've answered the phone and quick emails, could be because a smaller customer base compared to US?
