Q 500 No Control

I ordered a new battery and props, This has happen twice and this time it landed on asphalt crash, I hoved around 75 to 80 feet, My control screen turns red with low battery signal , i have no control, So obviously it comes full blast toward ground no control, I was wondering has anyone else had any issues with after market batteries ? I have to replace left landing skid and camera mount . Last time this happen , I actually had a flyaway with no control over Drone,

I have not had this issue. But in my experience in after market items unless from a reputable company it may be an inferior product and just not hold a charge or been put together correctly. As for the fly away and zero control i am unsure, all i can think is zero battery power may cause it to not receive the control inputs or it may receive just a few or broken signal
