I have 2 q500 batteries that read at "negative 12.2 volts" . They signal to bring out of flight as soon as I get up in the air.
I presume they are the 2 batteries that come with the copter new. I just purchased it used from a individual recently who didn't know much about the equipment. Luckily it came with 3 batteries and 1 works. The 2 bad ones are white... The good one is black. Does anybody know if I can save these batteries or not? Any help is welcome, thanks. - Flying with one battery makes for a long boring day. [emoji856]

I wouldn’t take a chance
Buy new ones and get a good guality charger .. that is the key
I have learned from the experienced pilots here that a charger that cycles and has a storage mode is best

Okay thanks, I will do that. Just tried one of those white batteries again because they read fully charged after being on the charger for awhile. But it went up a ways then came back down to automatically land. Well it tipped and busted a blade.
Definitely done with those batteries now.
