Questions about the ST10+ and CGO3

I tried asking this over in the q500 4k forum but didnt get any hits

Does either the ST10+ display or the CGO3 phone app allow for video playback or framing grids while filming?

I think the CGO3 app does playback. The ST10+ controller does not.
I haven't seen grids. Maybe I haven't dug far enough into the menus.
