Rakon frame and q500 electronics

Alright guys will say the h has been a flop for me,but the 500's i love. I will be posting a build/assembly here on the rakon frame. I will use a pulse 6000mah 3s for the battery. I will use the guts from a 500. This frame and battery should reduce my weight considerably and extend flight time.

Little quick update, getting the parts in and waiting on the rakon frame to come in. This frame is a good alternate frame when you want to shed some weight and tired of the stock frame. The good news is frank will start carrying them soon. I will use a pulse 5500mah at first then bump up to 6000 mah.

Just finished building a Q500 on a Rakon Rack and all works great except the holes of the top cover are totally off. The front 2 holes will fit with a little force but the back holes are at least 7 to 8 mm off. I have written to Rakon but no response as there is no real customer service.
Does anyone have an idea how to close the old holes on this fiberglass cover (I think that is what it is) so I can drill proper new holes?

Guess I would put some tape on one side of each hole and then carefully fill it with JB Weld using a toothpick to transfer the glue.
