Hello I bought a q500 4k and I can't get it to fly the mode led on the drone blinks red when you turn it on and message on n controller says motor error enter 5 rotor mode then disappears and the controller says ready but won't connect to gps what's your thoughts on this

If it is flashing red 3 times per second it failed initialization. Connect to your PC via USB converter cable and run the GUI to see what the issue might be.
If it is flashing 5 times per second it means the mode switch on the ST10+ is in Home position. Change to Angle or Smart mode.

Wenn es der ST16 ist, exportieren Sie die vorhandenen Flugmodelle und setzen Sie den ST16 dann für ein neues Setup vollständig zurück.

What remote did you buy it with?
Sounds like the ST16 instead of the "original" ST10+
If it is the ST16, then export the existing flight models and then completely reset the ST16 for a new setup.

When we first started seeing the ‘5 rotor mode’ error message on the Q500 series it was confusing. Some of our members (your fellow countrymen) that are into programming found the inconsistency comparing the firmwares on the ST10+ and ST16. The code for each is very close, and both were actually variants of the code for the original ST24.
