Anyone using Resolve 12. If I render video shot at 60 fps it renders smooth as silk. When I render any shot at 30 fps I get a lot of stutter, I do change the project settings to match the video. Any help please.

Yep, that applies in most video editor settings. Project settings should match the recorded settings, also if you try to mix and match from different cameras, try to have them all at, at least the same frame rates.
