I think these goggles will work with some people with flatter noses and flatter faces, allowing their eyes to be closer to the lens. When I adjusted the goggle up to relieve the nose problem, I couldn't see the bottom of the screen, where half of my telemetry data is displayed. And if after seeing how the lens was arranged, this hidden view of the screen becomes worse if you move the goggle away from the face with more foam. IMO they just aren't quite right ergonomically for most white Caucasians. The area of the lens needs to be about 15% larger, maybe 20. It's so close to being a good goggle, but it's just not right.
The Eachine VR One goggle is comfortable, but unfortunately the edges of screen are covered by the slot the screen fits into. So again, telemetry data at the top and bottom are covered.
There are lots of new goggle designs being released. We're going to see a flood of them very soon, and someone is going to figure this out eventually. So far my Headplay goggles work the best, but they aren't optimal either from a lens point view. I've had to replace the Fresnel lens with my own optical lens with a higher power.
