Slow Slow start and no Throttle!

So this is what happened after I installed the latest Firmware update. I ran the bind ok. I calibrated the gimbal and the accelerometer ok. I then went to a compass calibration and something funny happened. It seemed like there was a gimbal calabration happening at the same time, still though the compass calibration seemed to take. Then this happened...
I got ready to start the H. I pressed the start button. Nothing! I pressed it again and held it for about 25-30 seconds. The H started. Then I tried to throttle. Nothing. Tried it 3 times. Restarted the H. Pulled the battery. Shut down everything. Nothing happening.
Any ideas?

Delete the model in the ST-16, then add it again and re-bind.

Whilst you're at it, go into the Hardware Monitor page on the ST-16 and check that the buttons and sticks are responding correctly.
