I have a new typhoon h out of the box, should i upgrade software immediately? And how?

No... there is no need to upgrade, as the last FW update was over 18 months ago.

You can go the Yuneec USA site to compare the firmware loaded on your system, to the most recent:

First establish what it has in Settings by comparing with what's current on the Yuneec site. Odds are very high what you have is current. Don't fix what ain't broken.
