ST10 Charging

I have not used my Typhoon Q500 for a while and have got batteries charged fine but have had ST 10 charging for about 2 hours and it has gone from 58% charged to 52%. when I first charged batteries and fired up quad I had warning on controller that said battery was at 14% since batteries where fully charged I figured it was controller. Any ideas on what I am doing wrong or what is wrong? Thanks

Hey Chief...do you have a flashing blue light on the controller when it is charging? Cable is properly plugged into AC adaptor and controller??
