Hello,

I accidentally installed the st10 + software while updating st10 software today. The device was black screen. How can I fix this?

You will have to call Yuneec and see if there is a way to recover it.

Yep... CS is about your only hope.
Have you tried pulling the Sd card from the box and trying to boot without the card ? I doubt it will help but worth a shot.
Do you see the "Android logo" at start up before the black screen ?
If you do, there's good hope CS can fix the issue.
No logo and your chances for recovery drop off pretty sharp.
Hoping you can find a solution....

Actually, since this is caused from the wrong firmware being installed, they can restore the ST10. This has happened many times in the past so it's not permanent damage.

Oh yeah. I get it.
I think they can help too. Especially if the logo is there.
And probably if it isn't....
