ST16 not connecting to H520, but video stream received

Hi all,
Recently encountered an issue whereby on boot-up the video stream from the E90 is being received on the ST16, however the ST16 cannot connect to the H520 itself.
In other words, although the camera view is visible no other controls work (including camera pan and yaw) and the 520 cannot be started. Just a constant “connecting” message at the top of the screen.
Anyone encountered an issue like this before or got any ideas?

I had the same problem. As a result, I had to send the drone to a service center and according to their report, they performed a firmware update that I could not do in the usual way.
After the software update ST16 does not receive telemetry from the drone.
