ST16 screen streaming

I need to transfer the screen of the ST16 to computer windows, as an input for OBS. Does anyone have suggestions?

You can use this. I use the HD60 S version which has no problems in OBS.

You almost certainly have to use an intermediate device, as JackMTaco tells you. Very few computers have bi-directional HDMI port, usually just output. Anyway if your computer has HDMI port look at the specifications if it is input as well.
