ST16s not binding to H plus

I am playing around with an H Plus that will not connect to the ST16s. I have not tried to do any firmware updates yet, but will tonight.
When I first turn on the drone, the two rear lights blink blue. After turning on the St16s, it will not show up on the Wi-Fi. I can connect the controller to my home Wi-Fi, so I am pretty sure it is working.
So, I then tried a manual bind, by turning the drone over until all lights flash yellow ( I think). Then I click connect on the controller, and the lights stop flashing yellow, and the two rear lights flash purple.
But, even after doing the manual bind, I can't connect to the controller through Wi-Fi.

The DataPilot version is 1.4.4
RC Version is 0.35.0
Any thoughts?

The H+ does not use DataPilot the H520 does. Are you using an St16S that is setup for an H520 instead of an H+?

The aircraft binds via the SR24 2.4GHz Zigbee protocol. The C23 camera binds via 5.8GHz WiFi. If the camera is not being found on startup go into pad, WiFi settings and “forget” your home WiFi connections.

I gotcha. I was trying to use DataPilot with the H Plus. Won't work, I take it?

Well, I forgot to mention that I swapped the H Plus main board with an H520. I found a thread talking about this and I will read through it. Thanks

Are you using an E90 or C23 camera with the converted aircraft?

If using the C23 I believe you have to bind the camera manually and select the aircraft to bind without camera in DataPilot. (Going off of my memory from when this was discussed in the conversion thread)

I haven't installed it yet, but I plan to use the C23. I have two st16s controllers and both do the same thing with it. I will put the camera on it and see what I can do.
