Flew my H480 Friday. Finally some decent weather. However, it's been a couple of months since it last flew (18th November) so I thought a test flight was in order. So I found a nice wide open area of open moorland just to the west of Rochdale, England, to run a couple of batteries through it.
I took two fully charged batteries and a battery at storage level and used the battery that was at storage level to calibrate and let it sit a while powered on but with the motors off...as you should after a prolonged time between flights. After almost 15 minutes I changed batteries for a fully charged one and off I went.
Now, I wouldn't normally bother editing the footage from a test flight since I don't pay much attention to getting the camera settings spot on (I'm more interested in ensuring the aircraft is behaving itself)...I normally just leave the camear in auto mode as I did this time. But for a test flight I thought the footage was worth an edit this time.
here is an edit from those flights.
