No mine bricked so bad they sent me a RA tag

arrives in Cali Monday, Im not too thrilled the 3.0 firmware caps us at 400 ft
as I can fly Higher at my AMA field than 400 ft

I'm really considering selling The Typhoon H and going with the DJI 4 Pro or Mavic

You may want to go read the Mavicpilots and Phantompilots forums. Also check the threads on RCGroups.

There is no restrictions with the latest and well working firmware. You are misinformed.
