Three Photo's-Why did one come out larger?

Took actually 4 photos in same area at hover, but one came out a full screen, but narrower? Can't fiquire out why? Any clues, used same settings and snapped one after another

If you take a photo in camera mode (by manually selecting it on your screen), it'll take higher quality photos in 4:3 resolution which looks more square, than pressing the camera button while in video mode which takes a noticeable lower quality image and looks more wide screenish. Sounds like one of the pics is camera mode vs video mode, but no idea how it switched on its own.

That's why I am puzzled as I started in Camera and when I ended, I saw it was in camera? Unless I accidentally double flipped it, possible! Thanks All !
