Typhoon CGO3 camera problems

I have no idea if the camera broke after a mini-crash or if the firmware blew it up, but I am getting this effect in all photos and video. There have been no clear instructions of reflashing the firmware.

It is not the firmware... I have that identical artifact in a CGO3+ that is currently at Carolina Dronz... it had never been in a crash and had only had a longer lens install performed. They are correcting the issue now, but have not yet given me a root cause of the issue. Obviously any imagery out of that camera is unusable.
