Typhoon h and GoPro Windows software import

Morning all,
Has anyone tried importing typhoon h files into Windows GoPro software, my phantom files import simply but typhoon h files will not import?

Are you trying to import as jpeg or dng?

MP4 video files, my phantom files import just fine but the typhoon h files will not. They are all default typhoon files, have not changed any of the settings on the st16.

Hmmm, not really sure about that. I recently removed the gopro app from my pc so I cant check personally.

I tried the same, but could not get the videos to load into GoPro Studio. Still trying to figure out why they are not importing.

I'm currently using Windows 10. When I try to import the video, it does not appear in the preview window (step 1).
