You may need to confirm it meets EU requirements. None of the advertisements I saw mentioned EASA compliance. It would be good if someone can confirm.

No, but the advertisements I see here are geared towards the US market, which allows hope there is an EASA version.

Yes with the new firmware to comply with some regulations have to have an remote ID so the drone pilot can be identified and the drone does need new equipment on it.
