I've noticed on Europe store SVC isn't always used in the same part number, what do those 3 letters mean? And Ihe cheapness of some of those parts.

From what I've found SVC in front of part number it is a complete set of parts, ie the motor for the H, if it contains SVC it's complete with the cables, backplate and screwsif it doesn't have those three numbers then it's just the bare motor, same with gimbal plate.

In the USA
'SVC'
stands for: (Authorized Service Use Only)
In other words, "Send to a Authorized Service Facility".
This is not always True....... many Parts that have SVC following the Part Number can be installed yourself.

Yes I had a mixture of motors and bits from Yuneec UK, and SVC labelling contained all the bits you needed and non SVC was just the major component. Still charged me the same though!
